Overview Please join us for our In-Person Hiring Event on Tuesday May 14th, from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.  We are Hiring Immediately!!!! Our team is hiring for Customer Service Agents at our O'Hare International Airport location. We will be hiring for Seasonal Customer Service Agents positions (June 2024 - October 2024).  Highlights of the Event:Competitive Compensation - This position pays $18.00 / hour with an opportunity to earn monthly performance bonuses up to $1,000 / month. Work Schedules Available - This is a union environment, the schedule for this position requires open availability which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Example of shift times could include, but not limited to: 2pm-10:30pm or 3pm-11:30pm.Work Location -  This position is located at O'Hare International Airport (ORD)-  O’Hare Multi Modal Facility at 10255 W. Zemke Blvd, Chicago, IL 60666.Attire: Professional What you Need to bring: Resume & Drivers License Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. The Customer Service Agent provides superior, friendly, and efficient Customer Service at time of rental and return using the company approved sales and service techniques. Facilitates rental process; verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. Enterprise Mobility operates the National, Enterprise, and Alamo car rental brands and has frequently been named one of the top places to work.  Enterprise Mobility is the largest and fastest growing privately owned automotive rental and leasing company in North America. Responsibilities Make eye contact and greets all customers; identify and attend to customer by name, verify rental agreement and thank each customer at the conclusion of their transaction.Answer customer questions and provide assistance based on each customer's needs and requests, by brand. In some locations, which offer both brands, this job responsibility requires keen understanding of the differences between products and services offered by both.Ensure a pleasant, smooth and efficient handling of the rental for each customer by assisting in the exchange and return vehicle processes; review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of rates and service charges, verify the date and time on the rental agreement is accurate and reviews all charges at the time of vehicle return.Prepare Rental Agreement Folder with all required information. Offer all customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information and appropriate service information.Work on behalf of the customer and the company to resolve issues in a fair and equitable manner to ensure continued customer loyalty.Maintain appearance of rental counters and customer areas to present a neat, orderly and safe condition; ensure counter /exit booth is stocked with appropriate supplies to provide smooth and effective service.Assist customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and provide the most efficient service possible.Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age.Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violation on driving record in the last 3 yearsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Must have 1 year of work experience ( in the prior 3 years) with Customer Service responsibilities.Must have worked 6 months or more at most recent employerMust live within 30 minutes of O'Hare Airport
