Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of Mother/Baby experience is required.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New York license in hand at the time of application.
• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
No on call required
Two years of previous acute care experience in MedSurg, Maternal and child care, Critical Care, Pediatrics.
Current Maternal Child home health experience required
QUEENS: On average 6-8 pt a day but subject to change Up to 40 hours per week depending how many patients/cases assigned.
Must have recent at home experience and client prefers local candidates

Individual Professional Liability coverage is mandatory for assignment duration (Only individual malpractice insurance is accepted by the facility).
Overtime not allowed at NYCHH facilities (requires written manager approval in rare cases).
