Education and experience you'll need:
- Minimum two years' experience in banking
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Experience in loan operations is a plus, but not required.
A day in the life in this role:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone and email
- Assist with homeowner's insurance monitoring
- Assist with construction draw requests
- Assist with research and correction of loan payment errors, history, and late fees.
- Manage the recast process and assist with escrow/PMI cancellation
- Work with collections team on monthly delinquency investor reporting
- Prepare and process paperwork for loan modifications, assistance, or litigation
- Collaborate with servicing/collection manager on REO management
- Data entry for assigned servicing and collection tasks
- Undertake special projects as assigned
Logistics:
This is a full-time position located at our corporate headquarters in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Your typical schedule would be 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, working until at least 4:00 PM daily, with at least one night per week until 5:00 PM CST.
