Role Description:
The successful candidate will collaborate with clients, identifying their financing needs, and assisting them in obtaining the best loan program aligned with their goals and budget. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and efficient 5-star experience for our clients.
Qualifications:
- Active NMLS Registration: Must be registered and maintain an active NMLS number.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in loan origination with a track record of achievements.
- Skills Mastery: Proficient in underwriting, loan origination, mortgage lending, and financing.
- Customer Relations: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively.
- Educational Background: Associate/Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
- Industry Familiarity: Knowledge of industry software and loan processing systems.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage complex tasks and deadlines.
