Va Mortgage Loan Officer(Licensed)- Mortgage Loan Originator

We are looking for licensed VA Mortgage Loan Originators, for our Tampa Bay office.

Must be licensed, and have 12-24 months minimum experience, must also be experienced with VA/Conventional mortgage originations. MUST BE IN THE TAMPA BAY AREA, if not, please STOP NOW!

We have incoming VA leads coming in daily, and need ONE MLO at this time. This is a remote position, but you must be able to meet at the Tampa office once per week as needed, office is in Rocky Point

NO COLD CALLING, we're not a "boiler room" operation, we serve the Veteran community around Tampa Bay and the State of Florida. Our business is 90% VA purchase loans right now, and you will need to be able to work closely with Realtors to achieve successful closings.

You will also be expected to do some Realtor marketing, and some Veteran outreach at pre-scheduled events around MacDill AFB.

Veterans preferred, if you have the ability to work on a computer, and handle Loan Officer duties, then any service-related disability is irrelevant - we'd love to hire a Vet if possible!

Perfect fit for someone who is fed-up with a Big Corporate lender, and wants to work in a relaxed environment, work from home ok if you know what you're doing.

Motivated individual needed to open up real estate office accounts, be involved at the local level with Veteran organizations, and follow up and report actions on the leads provided.
