Key Responsibilities:
Maintain an active Mortgage Loan Originator License.
Cultivate and maintain client relationships through self-generated leads
Develop ongoing professional relationships with referral partners such as real estate agents, attorneys, and others
Prepare and submit complete files, including 1003 forms and supporting documentation, ensuring a smooth processing flow
Maintain open communication with clients, referral partners, processors, and all involved parties in a transaction
Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of team members, candidates, and vendors in a customer-focused environment
Structure, present, and sell loan options to customers
Gather necessary borrower information to recommend suitable products or programs
Regularly follow up with potential applicants through telephone, email, or written correspondence to ensure clear program understanding
Additional Information on Working Conditions:
As an Outside Loan Officer, your primary duties involve utilizing your knowledge, training, and experience to solicit, originate, and facilitate the processing and closing of loan products and financing for residential real estate transactions. The physical demands for this role include sitting and frequent talking or listening, with potential requirements for walking, using hands to operate computers and tools and reaching with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities needed include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
