Position Overview: Assists in assuring day to day operations of the prevocational services including the transition of the people supported to community- based employment. Responsible for the oversight of Staff Action Plans and documentation of personal outcomes for people supported. Responsible for the supervision, development and evaluation of all assigned staff including the Employment Transition Coaches and Community Transition Coaches. Assists with assuring compliance with all OPWDD, ACCESS VR, DOL, OSHA and Medicaid requirements.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree; or Associates Degree and one year of related experience; or High school diploma or equivalent and two years of related production and/or human services experience. May be required to meet LAI's Vehicle Operator Requirements.
