- Active NMLS in Florida since at least 2020
- Exceptional decision-making abilities
- Superior written & verbal communication skills
- Superb interpersonal & customer service skills
- Familiarity with multiple types of loans, such as Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, & Non-QM
- Work effectively with realtors, processors, & underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction-overseeing all customer interactions
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
- Three (3) references listed on a resume
- Ability to work remotely
