Job Description:
As a Loan Originator at Town Square Mortgage, you will be responsible for originating Mortgage Loans, establishing client relationships, and guiding customers through the mortgage application process. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service, you will work closely with clients to assess their financial situation, discuss available mortgage options, and facilitate loan applications from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and cultivate relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial profiles, including credit history, income, and debt obligations, to determine their eligibility for various mortgage products.
• Educate clients on available mortgage programs, interest rates, and terms, helping them make informed decisions that align with their financial goals.
• Assist clients in completing mortgage applications accurately and efficiently, gathering required documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other internal stakeholders to expedite the loan approval process and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on the status of their loan applications and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and lending guidelines to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator license in the state of Texas.
• Proven track record of success in mortgage sales and customer service.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and lending regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with mortgage origination software and MS Office Suite.
