MCM Holdings, inc. is seeking a full-time, professional Loan Officer.
The ideal Loan Officer will have:
- An outstanding work ethic, team player, and problem solver.
- Must be comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Must be comfortable with mortgage lending and have a strong understanding of the commercial loan market.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality service to our customers.
Duties include:
- Working with our industry partners to develop interest rates, guidelines, and pricing for new and existing loans.
- Reviewing loan files for accuracy and completeness before submitting to our underwriting team for review.
- Working with our underwriters on any necessary adjustments before closing the loan file.
- Meeting with borrowers on their loan needs throughout the loan process, including responding to borrower questions, concerns, and complaints.
- Reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness before submitting to our underwriting team for review.

Pay: $166,833.00 - $198,360.00 per year
