• Knowledge of initial disclosures with the ability to walk your client through a package.
• Knowledge of multiple purchase and refinance loan types (Conv, FHA, VA, Jumbo).
• Previous consumer direct lending experience.
• Very positive attitude and an “ABC” mindset-- “Always Be Closing”.
• Highly energetic with excellent customer service skills.
• Multiple state licenses are a plus.
