The systems are in place to just focus on sales. We are looking for a high energy Mortgage Loan Officer with 1-2 year origination experience that is looking to receive leads.

The Leads and Compensation Structure

This position requires 30 hours of work in the office, as maximum conversion principles are continuously evolving. This is a commission only position.

Company leads are paid at 50% commission (of whatever the compensation is, whether $1,000 or $30,000). Wholesale compensation is 100% transparent, as there is no broker margin that can be baked into the pricing, as there is in retail/ direct lending.

The best sales people will work all day long as the lead flow requires it.
