Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in selecting the right mortgage products to fit their needs
• Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure all required documentation is obtained
• Work closely with underwriters and processors to facilitate timely loan processing and closing
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the mortgage process
• Stay informed about industry regulations and market trends to better serve clients and maintain compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Mortgage lending experience is preferred but not required
