The Opportunity

We are looking for a Closing Coordinator to understand the Visio’s Loan Closing process and ensure everything is accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
You will contribute to the Closing department by:
- Facilitating all Loan Closings and providing top notch customer service with extreme attention to detail
- Contacting borrowers, brokers, title companies, attorneys and sales agents via phone and email as needed to conduct business (scheduling, HUD approvals, closing assistance)
- Analyzing all loan documentation to ensure all HUD statements are correct and ready for approval including but not limited to title commitments, purchase contracts, tax certifications, insurance documentation, assets, and payoffs
- Reviewing and approving executed loan documentation for accuracy and capital partner acceptance
- Assembling wire request packages for management approval, ensuring all documentation is correct and all required conditions are satisfied prior to the Loan Closing
- Assembling and uploading all capital partner packages to ensure a smooth funding process
- Updating all systems of record with closing information to ensure data integrity including but not limited to all closing fees, dates, and loan statuses
- Acting as the first point of contact for scheduling, closing, and funding requests or questions
- Preparing check requests and funding disbursements as necessary
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm CST
- Available Remote Locations: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IL, IA, KY, LA, MO, NC, OH, SC, TX, UT, WI
- Salary Range: $22.15/hr. (Non-Exempt/Hourly/Eligible for Overtime)
What We Are Looking For
- Someone with 6 months of Visio Lending work experience which includes no disciplinary actions within the last 3 months
- Someone that is a motivated self-starter, organized, disciplined, and service-oriented attitude
- Someone with knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and Excel
- Someone with attention to detail & accuracy
- Someone with the ability to handle a pipeline and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who is proactive and can work independently
- Someone with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
What We Prefer to Find:
- Associates Degree in a related field
- 1 years’ experience with Mortgage LOS (Calyx Point, Encompass, or other applicable software)
