Job Details

Injection Molding Supervisor
You MUST have experience with Plastic Injection Machinery!!
Hands on molder
Oversee 50 employees on 3rd Shift
1) Must be competent in how to get proper material to molding machines.
2) Must be competent in understanding material characteristics, how to process
different materials.
3) Must be competent in startup of machines.
4) Must be competent in identifying and correcting process issues.
5) Must be competent in set up and programming of robot for part removal.
6) Must be competent in documenting process sheets once jobs are cycled in.
7) Must be competent in operation of vacuum loading system for machines.
8) Must be competent in troubleshooting blender issues.
9) Must comply with all PPE requirements of the company.
10) Must know and follow chain of command.
11) Must maintain respectful relationships with all coworkers and supervisors.
12) Must be willing to work overtime as required.
13) Must follow any other instructions given from your supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Have knowledge and skills to work with tools
Ability to be on your feet for an extended period of time and endure a hot environment
Certs:
Must have or become forklift certified
