Mold Inspector / Home Inspector

An established Mold Inspection Company is looking to add another member to our team.
If you are already certified Mold Inspector that would be ideal, but it is not that common to find so we are willing to train the right individual. We have had success bringing on people who have experience with water damage restoration, mold removal / remediation, asbestos, Home Inspectors, insurance adjuster, real estate / realtors and people with general construction experience.
We provide booked appointments and although this will be an independent contractor position it is flexible hours with great pay. The minimum pay is $100 per inspection (about an hour each) and goes up from there on a commission of a sales aspect of the inspection and each inspection takes about an hour or so. State licensing is preferred (Mold Assessment Consultant), but will consider candidates willing to go into the process and have acceptable background by state standards.
