Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, hospitable and professional manner
- Take customer orders for bottle service/specialty craft cocktails and accurately enter them
into the POS system
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options
- Provide excellent guest service, ensuring that all the guests needs are met
- Upsell to bottle service, specialty craft cocktails and specials to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station and work area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with the bar and server assistant to ensure timely delivery of cocktail orders and bottle service setup
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years high volume cocktail/bottle service experience required
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- Knowledge high volume service
- Familiarity with Infogenesis point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and tips accurately
Please note that this position requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
