Cocktail Servers are responsible for beverage service of all tables and seating areas in high-volume restaurants, bars, lounges, or pools. If a guest needs assistance, it is your responsibility to assist that guest and do so with a smile If the guest needs more assistance than you can provide, it is your responsibility to notify the appropriate department or individual.

- Everyone works in Guest Experience–If a guest needs assistance, it is your responsibility to assist that guest and do so with a smile. If the guest needs more assistance than you can provide, it is your responsibility to notify the appropriate department or individual.
Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:
- Greet, serve, interact, and entertain guests courteously and in a timely manner with an upbeat attitude.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests, concerns and complaints regarding beverages and correct and resolve in a courteous and respectful manner.
- Anticipate guest needs and inform guest about venues, menus, specials, pricing and directions. Strong knowledge of portion control and product identification.
- Knowledgeable about our food, beverages and other company functions and services. Recognize and cultivate regular guests and repeat business.
- Maintain line of sight / atmosphere control by circulating through your work area throughout shift. Organize and prioritize service per appropriate service sequence.
- Prompt delivery of all beverages to appropriate tables and assigned work area(s). Comply with all safety and health department procedures and all state and federal liquor laws.
- Assist in the development of promotional plans in order to increase business levels and sales.
- Ability to submit guest to the venues guest list, table reservations and focus on the development of personal clientele list.
- Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
- Use personal device / cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc. Other duties as assigned.

- Working knowledge of POS system (ex : Micros, UrVenue, etc.).
- Employ with safe alcohol service, sanitation, and safety protocol.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, beer, and mixed cocktails.
- At least 21 years of age
- At least one year of customer service experience
Preferred:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant/bar.
- Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
