Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our mission in King of Prussia, PA!
The MK21A Integration/Verification Senior Program Manager is fully responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance associated with the System Test and Evaluation, Support Equipment and Training & Logistics elements required for the MK21A EMD program. This includes cost, schedule and technical management and performance of the System Test and Evaluation IPT, on time and on budget design, build, test and delivery of all required hardware within the Support Equipment IPT and management and performance of the Training & Logistics IPT. The candidate must be able to integrate various information during execution, make informed decisions, be able to drive appropriate processes, identify and manage issues/risks/opportunities, and develop a corrective action path forward when necessary. This individual will report to the MK21A PM and will be the direct line of communication for all execution items related to this program scope.

Key responsibilities include:
Manage overall support of the System Test and Evaluation effort related to flight testing, ground testing and integration labs within the System Test and Evaluation IPT.
Manage overall delivery performance of Support Equipment hardware within the Support Equipment IPT.
Manager overall Training and Logistics effort within the Training and Logistics IPT.
Coordinate overall design baseline and configuration of Support Equipment hardware with associated Chief Engineers. This will include technical reviews, TIMs, etc.
Managing/directing multiple IPT Leaders and CAMs in executing their scope to meet the program baseline
Resolving programmatic challenges within your scope and establishing risk mitigation activities
Supporting the overall programmatic business rhythm for baseline management, monthly reporting, status and communication, and overall EVM performance of your span of control.
Developing a baseline plan and managing overall execution of support organizations which are required to ensure program execution success, such as Supply Chain (subcontracts and piece part) procurements, Production Operations, Engineering, Finance and Planning.
Coordinate staffing requirements for your program scope with the entire program leadership team for consolidation of total program requirements
Report out to the overall MK21A Program Manager and ASP Senior Leadership at recurring reviews within the ASP business rhythm
Report out to the Air Force customer on cost, schedule and technical performance of your responsible program scope
Promote an environment of continuous improvement and digital transformation within your responsible program scope
