SalaryWe are a family owned Millwork Company located in Central Florida, specialized and mainly focused on the hospitality industry! We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret construction plans, blueprints, millwork shop drawings, work orders, and related documentation.
- Work collaboratively with others to ideate and execute projects, considering the most effective approach using machines or manual labor to achieve the best results for each project.
- Review blueprints and break out parts to ensure the correct construction specifications.
- Use AutoCAD software for drawings and calculations.
Use Mozaik or Cabinet Vision Software to generate g-code files for our G4 EVO 3 axis CNC Router
- Possess knowledge of millwork fabrication.
- Demonstrate strong math and problem-solving skills.
- Accurately and effectively read blueprints.
- Generate material Takeoff by designing in Mozaik software and outputting: Quantity of sheets, edge banding, hardware, special materials, etc.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a CNC programmer or related position.
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software and programming languages such as G-code.
- Knowledge of Mozaik or Cabinet Vision and AutoCAD software.
- Strong knowledge of technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and quality control.
