Responsibilities
Manchester Tank and Equipment is hiring for full time Day Shift MIG Welders! Candidates selected for the position would be responsible for the production of pressure vessels while adhering to weld specifications as listed on blueprints, and must become comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and are willing to be a phenomenal teammate! Selected candidates can expect to learn new skills through training and hands-on experience that will assist them in their day-to-day activities.
To fulfill the role of a MIG welder, the following key skills would be required:
Those interested in the position must be detail oriented, have a focus on teamwork, good track record of attendance, and consistent work history.
Our Day Shift consists of four 10-hours shifts, Monday-Thursday from 6:00am-4:30pm, with a possible overtime day of Friday from 6am-2:30pm.

- Blueprint Knowledge
- Ability to pass a MIG welding test
- Weld fabricated, cast, and stamped components to assemble tanks and pressure vessels as stated by blueprint
- Able to read a tape measure
- Have an eye for detail
