Welder / Fabricator

Allways Precision has an excellent career opportunity available as a skilled Welder / Fabricator to join our talented and growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of tools and equipment, including Band Saws, Belt Sanders, MIG and TIG Welders, Manual Vertical Mills, Press Brakes, and more. The ideal candiate will be able to work from engineered drawings and be able to create and design custom parts and weldments as well.

• Perform welding setups for single piece ans well as short production runs
• Operate and maintain equipment such as Bridgeport and Amada machines
• Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate parts
• Assemble mechanical components
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Band Saws, Belt Sanders, MIG and TIG Welders, Manual Vertical Mills, Press Brakes, and Stick Welders
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Excellent communication skills
• Manual machining skills
• Mechanical assembly skills

Salary info:
