This immediate opportunity is ideal for a self-starting, detail-oriented, and technically proficient individual to provide direct support to the Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO). The successful Mid-Level Program Managerwill provide operational planning support to an existing portfolio of programs and assist in the development of new programs. Responsibilities include aiding in the preparation of program summary and review briefings and documents (including milestone reviews), program approval documents, and external briefings. This position requires work in SCO facilities with access to classified networks. The ideal candidate has experience communicating and interfacing directly with senior leaders, tracking and completing multiple tasks simultaneously, working independently with little to no supervision, and providing objective, independent critical thinking.

Required Experience:

· Bachelor's degree required, Engineering or technical degree desired.

· Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience

· Clearance: TS/SCI

· Travel: local travel and overnight travel may be required.

· Operational Planning experience

Desired Experience:

· 10+ or more years of relevant experience

· Experience working with the Marines.

· Program management experience

· Strong communication skills

· Experience providing analysis and engineering services in a consulting capacity.

Work location is in Chantilly, VA.
