WORK SCHEDULE:7:30 am to 2:30 PM
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide academic assistance/support to Boston students
- Monitor student academic progress
- Provide administrative support to the METCO Director
- Assist the METCO Director in collecting and organizing school/district data to inform practices.
- Supervise students at dismissal.
- Perform duties assigned by the METCO Director or School Principal during the school day.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills (G-Suite)
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators and school administration
- Evidence of strong written and oral communication skills
- Patience and ability to relate well to students and staff
- Knowledge and experience in working with early adolescent children
