Center for Family Development (CFD) is seeking Mental Health Therapists to join our team! CFD is looking to recruit therapists to see adults and/or children and families. We are a practice that has been around since 1991 with a strong focus on supporting families (including our employees’ families).

What We are Looking For:

• Mental Health Therapists interested in working with children and families.
• Mental Health Therapists interested in working with adults and families.
• Provide outpatient therapy in the office and from home.
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Skills working with a diverse population of clients.
• Strong organization.
• Knowledge of evidence-based approaches for intervention.

The Mental Health Therapist will carry a diverse caseload of kids, youth, and adults and will be encouraged to engage family members in therapy whenever possible. Trainings on modalities of family therapy will be provided to all new hires.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in social service field.
• Successful completion of background check required upon hire.
• Knowledge and/or experience providing Mental Health services and assessments to children, families, and adults.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
