Job Title: Master's-level Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)
Reports to: Director of Psychological Services
We are currently hiring full-time therapists from the following disciplines:
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Job Purpose
The Master's-level Therapist (MLT) will provide individual and group interventions to injured workers in a multidisciplinary industrial rehabilitation setting. MLTs provide short-term skills and coping-mechanism-based interventions as well as general psychological interventions for adults who have experienced a workplace injury. All providers practice with sensitivity to individual differences, including cultural and linguistic variations, and participate in some case management activities as needed. MLTs practice in coordination with the Department of Labor and Industries (L&I) Master's Level Therapist Pilot program.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform brief intake evaluations, progress note evaluations, discharge evaluations, and report-writing
- Develop treatment plans/plans of care for each patient
- Provide individual therapy services, including CBT, ACT, and other evidence-based practices (EBT)
- Provide services in-person and via telehealth from the office
- Perform group psychoeducation and group therapy interventions
- Consult and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and providers (e.g., OT, PT, SLP, psychologist, neuropsychologist, physician, etc.)
- Document efficiently within EMR
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders (e.g., claim managers, referring providers, etc.)
- Perform additional documentation per guidelines set by the Department of Labor and Industries
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license through the Washington State Department of Health in respective field
- At least one year of experience post-licensure
- Eligible for credential through the Department of Labor and Industries
- Fluent in English language (spoken language, reading, and written expression)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish or another language
- Experience with L&I
- EMDR or additional EBP certified
- Experience with chronic pain, FND, and/or trauma
- Experience and comfort with use of computers, typing, and EMR

Salary: $84,000-$101,867
