Mental Health Therapist

```Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support to individuals of all ages who are experiencing Mental Health challenges. Your expertise and skills will help guide clients towards improved mental well-being and overall quality of life.

Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' Mental Health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' specific goals and needs
- Provide evidence-based therapy interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, art therapy, and group therapy
- Utilize behavior management techniques to support clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of Mental Health
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans
- Provide education and support to clients' families or caregivers as needed

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults
- Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation procedures and coding systems (e.g., DSM-5, ICD-10)
- Proficiency in conducting individual therapy sessions and facilitating group therapy sessions
- Familiarity with psychopharmacology and ability to collaborate with psychiatrists regarding medication management
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide direct support to individuals in crisis situations
