SalaryOur client, a prominent and global leader in telehealth services, is expanding and looking for part-time Therapists licensed in Hawaii.
Role Description:
This is a part-time, hourly, 1099 Independent Contractor role to provide telehealth services to the adult population.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver innovative teletherapy via a secure video platform
- Timely completion of clinical case notes in EMR
- Maintain licensure records and availability calendar
- Communication with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams
- Willingness to become licensed in additional states
Requirements:
- Availability for at least 5 weekly sessions, with flexibility
- Proficiency in evidence-based practices and tech-savviness
- Reliable internet for Zoom-based psychotherapy
- Effective communication skills
- 3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families (1 of which must be post-licensure)
- Independent clinical license in good standing
- BC-TMH credential, if state-required
- Not being employed by the direct competitors
Qualification:
- Hold a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Providing therapy in other languages, like Spanish, is desirable.
- Experience with concurrent documentation
Compensation:
The hourly rate range for this role is $75- $90. Factors such as location, skills, scope required, licensure, certifications, and unique experience determine the hourly rate. A $1,000 bonus is provided each quarter if 130+ sessions are completed.
