We're currently hiring Remote Mental Health Counselors to join our team and provide counseling services via video chat.
Schedule/Work Environment:
- Work full-time (>30 hours/week) or part-time (>5 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ethical and compassionate Mental Health counseling via video chat
- Help clients develop insights into their experiences, feelings, and relationships
- Use solution-based treatment modalities to facilitate individual treatments
- Develop individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of your clients
- Monitor progress throughout the treatment plan and help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms

Requirements
To be considered, you will need:
- Master's degree in counseling-related discipline: Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology
- Current state-issued Mental Health counseling license to practice independently:
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and sympathetic nature
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Computer with webcam and audio capabilities for video sessions
- Reliable internet connection
