SalaryRogue Psych Consultants is currently seeking qualified Mental Health clinicians to deliver comprehensive in-house Mental Health services to residents in skilled nursing, memory care, and residential care facilities, as well as consultation services for staff.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a Mental Health Therapist who has experience in primary care or medical settings and/or has worked with older adults. The ideal candidate should value flexibility and autonomy and be interested in a contract position, which could be full time or serve as a supplement to a private practice or other employment.
Job Description:
- Conduct individual therapy sessions, perform diagnostics, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide support to caregivers and offer interventions for families.
- Collaborate with prescribers on psychotropic medications for effective symptom management.
- Conduct risk assessments as needed.
- Collaborate closely with facility staff to improve care plans.
- Work in partnership with various healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, social services, MDs, RNs, and CNAs.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the facility's Electronic Health Record System.
Qualifications:
- Hold a current Oregon License - LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD.
- Possess experience in geriatric care or have a strong desire to gain such experience.
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic interviews and developing treatment plans.
- Previous experience in primary care or a medical setting is preferred.
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams is preferred.
- Ability to commute to facilities.

Pay: $90.00 - $200.00 per hour
