SalaryRose City Therapists is seeking licensed therapists or associates to work with our rapidly expanding client pool. Based in Portland, we are committed to providing professional and compassionate support to our clients, while supporting the life well-being of counselors. If you are a qualified, caring professional interested in a work relationship which will allow you to establish your preferred life schedule, and keep your primary focus on the actual work of counseling and healing, this may be a good opportunity for you.
This position is about the flexibility to design your life the way you see fit, while still having the support systems in place to provide a strong sense of stability.. We will provide you with clients from the different private and public insurances we work with, and will maintain a caseload consistent with your desired weekly schedule. Counselors will work as independent contractors. Licensed Masters level clinicians can expect compensation of $90 per client-session hour. Clinicians with doctoral degrees are compensated at a higher hourly rate, and associate compensation will be based upon experience.
Sessions can be at your discretion, either in-person or via video/tele-therapy, based upon a balance of your preferences, pandemic safety, and client needs. Since the beginning of the Covid, the vast majority of sessions have been via video and tele-therapy. We will provide whatever tools and office space you'll need to work with your clients.
Our practice is located in a beautiful historic mansion in SW Portland, near the base of the OHSU campus.
