ABOUT THIS MENTAL HEALTH PRACTITIONER - MHP ROLE

Yours is a challenging and rewarding role that allows you to grow your skills. You gain valuable experience working with a diverse clientele, including individuals transitioning from crises, hospitalizations, jails, the streets, and chemical dependency programs.

You work with a highly skilled team to find innovative solutions for our clients. You help them gain insight into their Mental Health challenges, ensure their medical stabilization, and foster increased independence. With a focus on the ultimate goal, you set up clients with housing and support their reintegration into the community.
