Job description

Salary: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year for MA Mental Health Practitioner, $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year for MA Mental Health Professional

This is a full time position.

Duties

Are you Wilder's next Mental Health provider? Join our multidisciplinary Community Mental Health & Wellness team in providing clinical service delivery that supports our community's mental wellness, critical to Wilder's mission of improving lives today and for generations to come! When you work at Wilder, you will join a diverse community of passionate individuals who are committed to the mission and are dedicated to seeing possibilities and creating smart solutions.

We have an opening for a fulltime individual/family therapist position within Wilder's Therapeutic Teaching Model (TTM) program. TTM is an intensive school based Mental Health treatment program that infuses therapy into the classroom for the youngest elementary students in a Level IV special education setting. TTM was developed to decrease the time students need intensive special education services by increasing the student's ability to regulate. We approach our work with creativity and a commitment to supporting each child and family, knowing healing is possible.

Wilder is a first-implementer Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). As part of this innovative model of Mental Health care, we collaborate closely with other service partners in ensuring coordinated, integrated care for clients and their families. While we are set up to serve the entire community, we are known nationally for our culturally-specific Mental Health services. Join a team who brings their diverse identities, cultures, lived experiences and skills to provide Mental Health and wellness services that are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and impactful for the whole family.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide individual and family Mental Health treatment in school, home and virtual settings

- Influence the treatment goals and methods of the therapeutic classroom through weekly consultation

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

- Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT or LPCC) license preferred, but Master's Level Practitioners working towards licensure are encouraged to apply

- A strong understanding of attachment theory, child development and trauma treatment is most useful. Day treatment or milieu experience with young children is also helpful.

- A passion for serving individuals and families in our community, and in providing trauma informed, culturally responsive Mental Health treatment.
