Job Requirements:Must be 21 years of age,meet company driving criteria and be able to pass a state background study.
Applicants must meet therequirements of A, B, C or D
A. Holdsa bachelor's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from anaccredited college or university and: (1) has at least 2,000 of supervisedexperience in the delivery of services to persons with mental illness; or (2)is fluent in the non-English language of the ethnic group to which at least 50percent of the practitioner's clients belong, completes 40 hours of training inthe delivery of services to persons mental illness and receives clinicalsupervision from a Mental Health professional at least once a week until therequirement of 2,000 hours of supervised experience is met;
B. hasat least 6,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services topersons with mental illness;
C. isa graduate student in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields and isformally assigned by an accredited college or university to an agency forfacility for clinical raining or
D. holdsa master's or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences orrelated fields from an accredited college or university and has less than 4,000hours post master's experience in the treatment of mental illness
