We bring home health care home by providing products such as: Breast Pumps, Stair lifts, Supplies for incontinence. Wound care equipment, Ostomy care equipment, Walkers, Wheelchairs, Hospital beds, Catheters and other urological supplies, and much more! Mark Drug Medical Supply is committed to the needs of our customers. We provide in home assessment and installation to properly provide the equipment and construction necessary for ADA compliance. We have over 30 years of experience, and are accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care.
We are seeking a dedicated, detail oriented and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for performing all tasks and communication with the patient/clients, co-workers and referral sources as it relates to patient services and third party reimbursement. Must be self-directed, able to multi-task, pay close attention to detail, and have excellent interpersonal / Customer Service skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Completes intake of new DME patients, enter new referrals and update all existing patient information including demographics, insurance and benefit information.
- Verifies insurance and benefits for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Plans.
- Answer telephones promptly and courteously.
- Responds to calls related to medical supplies, doctors' orders, and other related inquiries.
- Takes supply orders in an organized and complete manner.
- Schedules and coordinates timely delivery of supplies and equipment.
- Researches and resolves issues related to medical supply orders.
- Assist walk-in customers.
- Promote teamwork among co-workers, which includes assisting drivers, fellow Customer Service reps, repair tech, bookkeeping staff and shipping department as needed.
- Performs other duties as requested by the DME Director.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
