About the Role
As a licensed therapist, you will provide evidence-based treatment and care for individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring Mental Health disorders. You will oversee a designated case load of clients, conduct group and individual therapy sessions, and monitor and manage their treatment plans and progress.

Who You Are
- You are a licensed or provisionally licensed clinician (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LSW, ALMFT)
- You have previous experience in substance abuse treatment.
- You have strong clinical skills in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and documentation.
- You are passionate about working with adolescents and have a genuine interest in their development and recovery.
- You have experience with a treatment facility in a detox or residential setting (Preferred but not required)

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- $60,000-$74,000 Annual Salary
- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
