Summary and Job Description
We are a multifaceted clinic, gym and wellness center. Our facility offers chiropractic, physiotherapy, personal training, Pilates, yoga, strength and conditioning, and massage.
This is a fun and challenging position that requires an individual with excellent interpersonal communication, customer service, sales, computer and management skills. Fitness, management, and sales experience are a huge plus. Training will be provided. We offer wholesale services and free facility access to our employees. You will manage the Front Desk crew, create weekly schedules, provide high level customer service to clients and drive Membership Sales.
Experience:
- Previous experience in office management or Front Desk role is preferred
- Previous Membership Sales experience preferred
- Previous experience within the fitness industry a plus
- Proficient computer literacy skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
