Job Duties:
- Deliver excellent service to members, guests, and program participants
- Build relationships and connect members with each other and the YMCA
- Ensure facility security and enforce visitor policies
- Conduct program registration and sell memberships
- Handle financial transactions accurately and resolve payment issues
- Assist in training new front desk staff and promote teamwork
- Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior customer service or sales experience required
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Professionalism and excellent customer service skills
