Location: Arizona, MUST LIVE in the State of Arizona
Training Hours: Monday-Friday - 8:00AM-5:00PM PST
Shift Hours: Monday-Friday - 9:30AM-6:00PM PST
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 DOE
Job Duties:
- Take a high volume of inbound calls 100+ per day from both Members and Providers.
- Verify insurance coverages, clarify billing questions including amounts and deductibles.
- Assist Members navigate the website to find provider information.
Experience Required:
- 1+ Year Experience in any of these fields;
- Medical, Dental, or Health Insurance Call Center.
- High Volume Medical Front Office (80+ Calls per day).
- Medical Billing with heavy patient interaction.
- High Volume Insurance Verification, Insurance Authorization, or Claims.
- High Volume PSR, PCC, or MSR.
- Must be tech savvy, with ability to work with 2 monitors and navigate through different platforms quickly,
- Must be able to type 30 WPM.
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
- Stable and consistent verifiable job history.
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.
