- Standard shift Monday-Friday
- Offered Over Time

Essential Job Duties:
As a Melt Crew team member, you may be assigned to any of the following functions as needed per production and staffing needs:
- Assists with convert raw materials into liquid metal at temperatures exceeding 120 degrees
- Responsible for the quality of the metal including chemical and temperatures control
- Maintains the furnace including daily patches and repairs and relining the refractory
- Preparing the pouring ladles for daily use; pouring metal into ladles
- Uses jackhammer and hammers to remove refractory from ladles
- Responsible for maintaining recording pouring temperatures
- Operation offorklift after obtaining certification, operate forklift to transport waste and product
- Ability to take direction from supervisor

- Requires standing up to 10 hours per day
- Repetitive use of both hands and feet up to 10 hours per day
- Constant awareness of surroundings
- Requires some pushing/pulling/lifting (up to 50 lbs)
