Med/Surg RN - Per Diem/Flexible Hours

Are you looking for a flexible schedule and want to make an impact in the community? We are hiring Registered Nurses in our Kingsbury Unit on a per diem basis. Our Kingsbury Unit is a 27-bed medical-surgical unit that cares for adult acute inpatients with a variety of medical and operative conditions. You can be part of this competent and committed team performing an exciting variety of caregiving tasks. You will find that Kingsbury has a good mix of staff experience and is welcoming to newly licensed professionals. Teamwork is very important, as well as having fun.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care.
• Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients’ needs.
• Document care provided and the patient’s progress toward desired outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge.
• Administer medications to patients as directed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Current NH RN License.

Schedule:

• Flexible/self-schedule
• Ability to work as little as two shifts per month!
• Multiple shifts available; days, evenings, nights

Pay: $32.50 - $58.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
