Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, in-office; not a remote position.
Job Description: As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our motto "keeping a client for life" and have a spot on the front lines to bring in new and keep old business. You have access to unlimited marketing, uncapped commissions, big bonuses, and the most fun you ever had in an office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sell insurance products
- Achieve and exceed sales goals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations
- Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge
Who we are looking for:
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Creative and coach-able
- Strong time management skills
- Computer literate
- Life and health insurance license is a plus
