Medicare Advantage Inbound Sales

We are seeking a Medicare Advantage EXPERIENCED SALES PERSON . Work side by side with our A rated INBOUND SALES team.

• Engage with clients helping them find tailored health insurance solutions.
• You will be on a live inbound platform .

Responsibilities:

• Help seniors with their health plans .
• Train with us everyday.
• Become one of the best Medicare Sales Individuals in the industry (We will make sure this happens)
• Ask us questions to improve your process.
• Accurately input data into our sales systems.
• Collaborate to meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends to educate clients.

Qualifications:

• Valid insurance license.
• MAPD SALES EXPERIENCE A MUST
• Willing to learn new things and improve yourself.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of health insurance policies.
• Ability to establish trust quickly.
• Tech-savvy and multitasking skills.
• AHIP 2024

Compensation:

• $22/hour + commission
• $50.00 bonus for every active enrollment
• Base pay ranging between $60-80k annually, including bonuses and commissions.
• Room for growth and management positions available after 6 months of proven performance
