Responsibilities:- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and examinations accurately and efficiently, adhering to established protocols and safety standards- Analyze and interpret laboratory results, ensuring accuracy and reliability, and provide timely and concise reports to healthcare professionals- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot any technical issues, and perform routine maintenance and calibration procedures- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care plans based on laboratory findings- Maintain detailed records of all laboratory procedures, test results, and patient information, adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure accurate testing and continuous improvement of laboratory services- Stay updated with new technology, trends, and research in the field to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field- Certification as a Medical Technologist or Clinical Laboratory Scientist  from a recognized accreditation agency- Proven experience working as a Medical Technologist, preferably in a fast-paced environment- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, methodologies, and procedures, with proficiency in automated and manual laboratory equipment- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and demonstrating flexibility- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and infection control procedures- Availability to work on a temporary basis for a fixed duration of 3-6 months
