Responsibilities:

- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the dental office

- Conduct Consultations for MedSpa

-Sale the treatments and packages

- Schedule appointments and manage the treatment schedule for patients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical records system

- Assist with billing and financial arrangements for patients

- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns

Skills:

-Knowledge og terminology and procedures performed at the MedSpa

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with Medical Spa scheduling and appointment management

- 2+ years of experience in aesthetic industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.31 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
