Medical Spa Concierge - Front Desk , Part Time

Here at Colorado Beauty RN, we are looking for a Spa Concierge with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has a great attention to detail, and loves working with people.

Colorado Beauty RN offers results oriented services coupled with highly personalized care so that our patients can look and feel their best.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Among other things, your responsibilities will include:
• Checking clients in and out of their services
• Taking photos for client charts
• Answering phones to book appointments and handle patient requests
• Schedule optimization
• The position requires:

REQUIRED SCHEDULE:

• Fridays 8:30am-4:00pm, Tuesdays 1:00 pm- 8:00 pm
• Two Sundays a Month 8:30am-4:00pm
• Vacation/Sick Coverage
