Do you love people and medical aesthetics? Are you willing to learn or do you already have a detailed understanding of the services and products offered including injectables (Botox etc), laser treatments, and medical grade product? Do you have a background in sales? If the answer is yes to any or all of these questions you may be just who we are looking for!
What would you be doing?
1. Making our clients feel wonderful from the moment they pick up the phone and call us for the first time!
2. Driving sales of memberships and retail product through knowledge and customer service.
3. Answering phone calls, scheduling/confirming/checking out appointments, and other administrative tasks.
4. Maintaining a professional reception area, light cleaning and restocking, some laundry duties.
What are the necessary requirements for the job ?
1. Basic computer / internet skills.
2. Prior spa and retail sales experience are strongly preferred. MindBody experience a huge plus!
3. Must be available to work Saturdays and evening hours.
