- Ability to work as an effective team member and refer patients throughout the continuum of care in the office, including coordinating patient care with other providers and cross-selling treatments.

Responsibilities:
1. Primary Duties
· Provide aesthetic services including but not limited to Peels/PRX, DiamondGlow, RF microneedling, Dermaplaning.
· Perform procedures to support other providers in practice as necessary.
· Perform global assessments for patients and develop customized treatment and home care plans
· Maintain high rates of productivity, pre-booking, consultation conversions, patient retention, and retail sales
· Deliver care in accordance with company guidelines and protocols
2. Secondary Duties
· Room patients and ensure all paperwork and medical clearances are completed before treatment.
· Prepare treatment rooms, products, devices, etc. for use and clean rooms between each use.
· Document/record treatments in EMR within 24 hours for accuracy.
· Assist with inventory management as required.
· Participate in training events, company meetings, and sales and marketing events as requested.
· Provide training for team members within same location and at other company locations as requested.
Work Schedule: Full Time, Tuesday through Saturday. Must be available to arrive by 8:45am to open and stay until the last patient/visitor has left the facility. Occasional evenings required for events.
