Medical Spa Concierge

One Magnificent Medspa, a premier Medical Spa in the north shore, caters to our dedicated and valued clientele. We are currently seeking to fill a part-time front desk concierge position, with the potential for additional hours as needed. The schedule is flexible with multiple concierge staff members & an average work week of 2 to 3 days with the posibility of more if coverage is needed.

We are in search of a candidate who embodies professionalism, friendliness, engagement, attention to detail, drive, and ideally, has experience in the Medspa or a related industry. Your primary focus should be on providing each client with the utmost satisfaction, and you should be enthusiastic about becoming a part of our successful and expanding team.

1. Following standard operating procedures: This involves understanding and adhering to the established protocols and guidelines for various tasks such as scheduling appointments, check-in/check-out procedures, cashiering, and opening/closing duties.

2. Promoting a professional atmosphere: Creating a welcoming and professional environment for guests to enhance the quality of service and care provided. This includes maintaining a neat and organized work area, as well as upholding the spa's reputation for excellence.

3. Providing exceptional care: Ensuring that guests receive the highest level of care and have a comfortable and pleasant experience during their visit. This may involve recommending appropriate services and skin care products based on their needs and preferences.

4. Having skincare knowledge: Possessing a thorough understanding of skincare products and treatments offered at the Medical Spa. This knowledge is essential for accurately informing and advising guests on the best options for their skincare needs.

Overall, the successful performance of this job requires a combination of adherence to procedures, professionalism, focus on guest care, and interest in learning about skin health.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
