The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, professiona,l able to undertake a variety of support tasks and projects. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, someone who is dependable, team-oriented, and dedicated to helping our practice grow. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities
- Assist medical staff with daily workflow in ways that optimize procedures
- Create and maintain charts, photos, and patient documentation. Update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and mange appointments
- Follow-up with clients after procedures
- Monitor level of supplies and maintain inventory
- Manage and implement strategies for client retention
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, clients and colleagues
- Represent our practice in a professional manner at all times
Skills
- Proven experience as an Medical Assistant or another relevant role
- Excellent team and individual work skills
- Attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment; ability to multi-task
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- 8 or 12 hour shift
- Day and Evening shifts
- Monday to Saturday
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Medical Assistant (Required) or CNA (with certification to draw blood)
